View users with “FULLACCESS” in Exchange 2010

If you want to discover where a specific user has Full Access you can use this PowerShell command:

Get-Mailbox | Get-MailboxPermission -User user@domain.com | where { ($_.AccessRights -eq “FullAccess”) }
