Once you are confronted with forcing an OAB update you have to concern several steps:

Exchange
First step – doing the update

  • get-addresslist | update-addresslist
  • get-globaladdresslist | update-globaladdresslist
  • get-offlineaddressbook | update-offlineaddressbook

Second step – wait a few minutes – push the update through FDS

  • get-clientaccesserver | update-filedistributionservice

Outlook

Perform a full download of the OAB.

Cheers,

Chris
